Palin Makes History!

with 5 comments

Photobucket Say what you will about the Palin/Couric interview on CBS, Sarah Palin made history tonight and that must be recognized.

With the release of the interview, Sarah Palin became the first vice presidential candidate to lick themselves on national TV. Yes, folks, she’s reached a level never before contemplated by any vp candidate at any time in the great history of the USA.

I doubt Couric even realizes her part and place in this momentous occasion. Silly woman. Sometimes the visuals count just a little more than the interviewee’s anxious memorization of shallow talking points. Forget content (such as it is), think saliva.

I defy anyone (that means you, Couric) to uncover a single televised vice presidential candidate licking moment in our history.¬† Go ahead. I dare ya. Oh… say “I’ll try to find you some and I’ll bring ’em to ya”?

Well, ok then. Just let me know.

For those of you who insist on context, here’s the link. It’s only five minutes and forty seconds out of your life. –Cy Cobb

  2. I was stunned Palin is beneath any level rational human intelligence. Maybe she was telling the truth when she compared herself to a dog! I replayed the video three times to make sure I wasn’t in a bad dream. McCain should be expelled from his party for such a stunt. I still don’t feel sorry for her! she deserves it. Just ask the rape victims in Alaska.

  3. Under the Republican watch, the USA have lost the World Trade Center and half the Pentagon, lost a city in New Orleans when they were told previously they needed $125m to shore up the levees but were given less than half. The Republicans have lied to get the USA into an expensive war, demolishing the goodwill of the world towards America in the process. And with their open checkbook policies, the Republicans have taken the greatest surplus ever and turned it into the greatest deficit ever in just a few years, bankrupting the country in the process. Therefore, I would like to know how come when you ask your Republican voter why they will still vote Republican, the stock answer is that the Democrats will spend too much?

Then there is the Democrats. How many promises have been made to pressure groups by the Obama camp to get him into power?

This whole thing is a charade where no matter which party wins big business wins. From next election, both party campaign budgets should be set and provided for by the government, and pressure groups with their back handers eliminated. Then we might get some honesty about the place.

This is all the love you talk about having? This is all the christian talk you referred to in the beginning of this campaign which drew me into your web of deceit? Thank God I found out .True christians do not gossip ,and cause others grief.

  5. Two words Dian: President Palin.
A few more: Warren Buffett stated that this country is headed for the worst economic catastrophe in its history.

I will do everything I can to set this country right again, including pointing out when Sarah Palin makes a fool of herself.

It’s the Christian thing to do.
